For my final piece of assessment during my study, I completed 100 hours as a design intern with the marketing team for City Beach Australia. During this time my main roles included:

- Competitive analysis to identify design trends and stay current
- Designing animated EDMs for various promotions
- Designing various events and sale collateral for print
- Creating title cards for social media
- Designing vector artworks for apparel

The outcome of this experience has provided me with a number of new professional connections as well as a strong new set of skills to add to my designer’s toolkit. I have also gained a better understanding of time management and expectations for a designer in a professional setting.
